Here is our step-by-step support:
Step 1

- 2- We will immediately contact you and book you in our PASTORAL CARE SESSIONS
Step 2
A member of the team will call you or meet you face to face depending on your particular situation and geographical location
During the session we will cover the following:
- Time to listen to you
- Answer all your questions and give you further guidance
- Go through your options as per government guidance and tell you exactly who can help
- Look at your immigration matters and ensure all risks are mitigated
- Look at employment options: About Ethical employers _How and Where to apply for jobs
- Wellbeing and Community Engagement: Give you details of our family sessions and how best to stay socially active
- Discuss next steps and agree on a clear action plan
Step 3
- Practical employment support session: In collaboration with our Devon Alliance employment support team, guide you with your job applications (e.g. CV writing).
- Pair you up with someone who can provide you with ongoing support
- Provide you with further links to other organisations and groups to support you.
